Everything you need to know to upgrade from Whympr Premium to the Outdoor Pack
You already have a Whympr Premium subscription and want to subscribe to the Outdoor Pack to enjoy the trio of Whympr, Iphigénie, and the Web App (our route planning tool for computers)? In this article, we explain step by step how to make the transition smoothly, depending on whether you're on Android or iOS.
If you’re subscribed to Whympr Premium for 1 year or 3 months via Google Play (Android) and:
Option 1: You purchased the Outdoor Pack from the Whympr app:
- Your Premium subscription is automatically replaced by the Outdoor Pack.
- 💰 You will only pay the price difference, considering the unused months.
Example:
You have an annual subscription for €39.99. You’ve used 6 months, so 6 months are unused (€12.48). The amount to pay for the Outdoor Pack will be €39.99 - €12.48 = €27.51.
Option 2: You purchased the Outdoor Pack from the Whympr or Iphigénie website:
- No refund will be made for your Premium subscription.
- 🛑 Remember to manually cancel your Premium subscription in your phone’s subscription settings to avoid automatic renewal.
How to cancel your subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play app.
- Go to Subscriptions.
- Select your Whympr Premium subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
If you’re subscribed to Whympr Premium for 1 year or 3 months, Silver, or Bronze via the App Store (iOS) and:
Option 1: You purchased the Outdoor Pack from the Whympr app:
- Your Premium subscription is automatically replaced by the Outdoor Pack.
- 💰 Apple will automatically refund you on a prorated basis for the unused months.
Option 2: You purchased the Outdoor Pack from the Whympr or Iphigénie website:
- No refund will be made.
- 🛑 Don’t forget to manually cancel your Premium subscription in your phone’s subscription settings to avoid automatic renewal.
How to cancel your subscription on iOS:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Choose your Whympr Premium subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
